About Miss Baguio
Miss Baguio is the City of Pines' celebration of culture, community, and the young women who represent its barangays — a pageant built as much around advocacy as it is around artistry.
What the pageant stands for
Every candidate carries a cause of her own — mental health awareness, anti-bullying programs, inclusion for persons with disabilities, and support for single mothers among them. The pageant exists to give those causes a stage and an audience.
Candidates represent barangays from across Baguio, bringing their own communities with them. The result is a competition that reflects the whole city rather than any single corner of it.
Alongside advocacy, the pageant showcases talent, artistry, and the character of the young women who take part — from performance and design to public speaking.
The competition
The pageant runs across two nights at the Baguio Convention Center, with candidates judged on advocacy, talent, poise, and how they carry the communities they represent.
The grand finale, where the new Miss Baguio is crowned.
